Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding client support and ensuring customer satisfaction coordinating installation jobs, service calls, and maintenance recurring services. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in communication and phone etiquette will enable you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and support field technicians to acquire parts and materials. Additionally, you will apply and purchase city permits, register equipment with manufacturer, file warranty claims, and stock supplies in warehouse.
