HVAC Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients via phone and email.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
  • Manage dispatching of services and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
  • Acquire city permits, Register equipment, File warranty claims, Stock supplies in warehouse.
  • Employ computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, to streamline operations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and phone etiquette while interacting with customers.

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding client support and ensuring customer satisfaction coordinating installation jobs, service calls, and maintenance recurring services. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in communication and phone etiquette will enable you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and support field technicians to acquire parts and materials. Additionally, you will apply and purchase city permits, register equipment with manufacturer, file warranty claims, and stock supplies in warehouse. Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
