Job Description and Requirement<ul><li>Qualified candidates should have prior residential HVAC field service experience with previous employment references.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, ability to effectively troubleshoot and communicate solutions to customers.</li><li>Have own industry related tools.</li><li>Valid drivers license, D-1 and or S-1 license.</li><li>Ability to accurately access and diagnose HVAC problems.</li><li>Experience in residential HVAC including maintenance, repair and equipment installation.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to assist co-workers.</li><li>Demonstrate willingness to expand knowledge through company provided training.</li><li>Represent the company in a professional manner by providing skilled technical service, respectful communication, professional appearance.</li><li>Health Insurance, PTO, Retirement</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hourWork Location: In person
