This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle—from load calculations to final estimate—and wants to be part of a company that values quality work, strong systems, and long-term stability.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HVAC design, duct layout, and estimating
  • Strong working knowledge of Wrightsoft (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (ability to build and manage estimating sheets)
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, and installation practices
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
