What you’ll actually do

As our HVAC Dispatcher, you’re the person who keeps the day running on purpose.

Picture your day:

• A homeowner calls stressed. You listen, ask the right questions, and get them scheduled fast.
• You match the right technician to the right call based on location, skill, and urgency.
• You keep customers in the loop with updates (because nobody wants to wait around all day).
• You track job progress, adjust on the fly, and communicate clearly with techs and customers.
• You keep notes clean and accurate so the whole team stays aligned.

Compensation & Scheduling: Earn up to $49,000 + performance pay (no caps on income) + flexible work scheduling
