HVAC Dispatcher

$25 - $29 hourly

• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Communicate clearly with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times.
• Monitor and manage the daily schedule, adjusting as necessary to accommodate urgent requests or changes.
• Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the operations team to align dispatch activities with company goals and service standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC dispatch experience (required)
• Proven experience dispatching HVAC technicians (commercial and/or residential)
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC service workflows and terminology
• Proficiency with CRM and dispatch software
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and high call volume
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
