We’re looking for a rockstar dispatcher who can keep the wheels turning, the phones ringing, and the technicians moving efficiently all day long. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask like a pro, and know how to keep calm under pressure — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Answering incoming customer calls with professionalism and great phone etiquette
✅ Dispatching technicians efficiently throughout the day
✅ Knowing which technician is best suited for each job
✅ Monitoring GPS/travel times to keep routes efficient
✅ Making sure tune-ups and service calls are scheduled properly
✅ Reviewing calls and work orders to ensure all information is correct and complete
✅ Keeping the schedule board running smoothly with no hiccups
✅ Handling upset customers professionally and preventing escalation
✅ Communicating with technicians to make sure they have what they need to succeed
✅ Working alongside our parts department to ensure customers and installs are taken care of
✅ Helping coordinate parts, repairs, installations, and follow-up work
✅ Supporting the team however needed to help Davis Bros run at a high level

What We’re Looking For:

⭐ At least 2 years of dispatching experience
⭐ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
⭐ Proficiency in spreadsheets and computer systems
⭐ Experience with FieldEdge and/or ServiceTitan preferred
⭐ Someone outgoing who gets along with everyone
⭐ Positive attitude and team-player mentality
⭐ Ability to stay calm under pressure
⭐ Great communication and customer service skills
⭐ HVAC experience is a HUGE plus
⭐ Someone who takes pride in helping both customers and technicians

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
