HVAC Dispatcher

Hendel’s Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Parts & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone with prior experience working at an HVAC parts house, distributor, or supply counter who already understands air conditioning and heating equipment, parts, terminology, and the fast-paced nature of the HVAC industry.

This position will play a key role in helping coordinate our service department and dispatch operations.

We are willing to train the right person on dispatching and our internal systems, but HVAC knowledge and industry familiarity are extremely important.What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working at an HVAC parts house,supply house, or distributor
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and parts
• Ability to identify common heating and air conditioning components
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience and ability to learn dispatch software
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with dispatching and coordinating service technicians
• Help identify and source HVAC parts and equipment and create bids for customers
• Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers
• Support scheduling and day-to-day service operations
• Assist with inventory and parts coordination
• Work closely with management and field staff
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This position requires driving to pick up parts and deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience
