HVAC Dispatcher

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the voice and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, communicating with customers to schedule appointments, data entry, managing customer files, delivering parts to technicians, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly voice while taking detailed information to ensure accurate appointments are scheduled
• Constantly communicate with technicians in order to ensure jobs are being completed accurately and efficiently
• Drive the company work vehicle to deliver parts to technicians who are on jobs
• Accurately maintain customer records by saving photos and notes through the use of company protocols
• Assist the office manager and staff with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent\
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
