HVAC Dispatcher - 2 +years Exp Req

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC industry and be comfortable coordinating technicians, managing service calls, and providing excellent customer service. Experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing technicians for service calls and installations
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and service updates
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls
• Maintain accurate job records and notes in ServiceTitan or company software
• Assist with incoming customer calls and service inquiries
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Previous dispatching experience in HVAC
• Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and service calls at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
