HVAC Dispatcher (Bilingual – Housecall Pro Experience Required)

Job Summary

Levior Energy is seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual HVAC Dispatcher to support our growing residential and commercial HVAC operations in San Antonio. The ideal candidate has prior Housecall Pro experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to efficiently coordinate technicians, schedules, and customer communications in both English and Spanish. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations, maximizing technician productivity, and delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule HVAC service technicians using Housecall Pro
• Answer inbound customer calls (English & Spanish)
• Coordinate daily schedules, emergency calls, and job changes
• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, locations, and priorities
• Update job statuses, notes, and customer information in Housecall Pro
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed
• Support the office and operations team with administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused communication style

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
• Housecall Pro experience – REQUIRED
• Prior experience dispatching for an HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or trade services company
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with schedules, technicians, and customers
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, CRM systems)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in commercial HVAC dispatch
• Familiarity with HVAC terminology and workflows
• Experience coordinating multi-tech schedules
• Utility rebate or service agreement knowledge (a plus, not required)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
