Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the HVAC industry as a Lead Dispatcher, Customer Service Rep, or Office Manager
• Experience working with ServiceTitan and/or similar CRM software applications
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services and the ability to field basic HVAC questions
• Ability to effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently
• Ability to pull permits and schedule inspections in various municipalities
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining composure and providing first-class customer service
• Ability to field inbound calls from prospective clients
• Ability to schedule client services and dispatch Technician
• Ability to make outbound calls to prospective clients in efforts to schedule service, maintenance, or install
• Ability to schedule a consultation between a prospective client and a Technician or Sales Representative
• Ability to issue purchase orders to vendor
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries expediently
• Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation
• Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is maintained
