About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC team. In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the key coordinator for our service technicians. You’ll help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering the high level of service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize response times
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management throughout the day
- Enter and maintain accurate job notes, customer records, and dispatching information
- Handle customer concerns, follow-ups, and warranty issues with care and professionalism
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed (emergencies, traffic, etc.)
- Work closely with the service manager to meet daily and weekly goals
- Use Service Titan (or similar software) to manage calls, invoices, and technician tracking
Experience with Service Titan is a big plus!
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of customer service or dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good computer and data entry skills
- Reliable team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences
- HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday (some Saturday shifts may be required during peak seasons)

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
