HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator

Mauro's Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking an organized and dependable HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position is responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, and providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple schedules, communicate clearly with technicians and customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and maintenance calls
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and arrival times
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and routing
• Update job notes and customer information in the system
• Assist with invoicing and closing out completed work orders
• Maintain a professional and friendly experience for customers
• Permitting
• Order parts
• Warranties

Requirements:

· House Call Pro

· Knowledge of HVAC industry is required

· Advanced customer service skills.

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field

· Proficient computer skills, including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars on Outlook.

· Knowledge of Social Media Posting.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

· Will need transportation to and from work

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
