Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is critical to daily operations and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Dispatcher will coordinate technician schedules, manage client maintenance agreements, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on skill set, location, and urgency
- Schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and emergency requests
- Manage and track client maintenance agreements, ensuring timely renewals and scheduled services
- Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day to adjust schedules as needed
- Provide a high level of customer service by answering inbound calls, addressing concerns, and setting proper expectations
- Maintain accurate records in the dispatch and CRM systems
- Prioritize calls and problem-solve in real time to keep operations running smoothly
- Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed
- On Call Requirement
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in HVAC dispatching, scheduling, or a similar fast-paced service role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt
- Comfortable working with scheduling software, CRM systems, and phones
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
