HVAC Dispatcher/Accounts Receivable w/Service Titan

We are a busy mid-size HVAC company looking for an energetic person to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Accounts Receivable person to support the daily operations of our mid-size HVAC company. This position is responsible for supporting HVAC Dispatch, managing Accounts Receivable functions, and providing general office support as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, show initative and utilize strong ServiceTitan skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians utilizing ServiceTitan
• Monitor and manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate service appointments, maintenance visits, and emergency service calls
• Manage Accounts Receivable and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with Business Office to track finance and jobs.
• Prepare reports and assist with general office functions, organizing supplies and files in Dispatch office.
• Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company procedures
• Call customers for Happy Calls, sell Maintenance Agreements and collections

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of ServiceTitan experience required
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry required
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Collections
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
