HVAC Dispatcher/CSR

OverviewFirst Class Plumbing and Air is a fast-growing, family-Owned HVAC and Plumbing company. We are seeking an energetic, friendly and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic HVAC and Plumbing team. In this vital, full time role, you will coordinate service appointments, manage communication between clients and technicians, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your proactive approach will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while optimizing our scheduling and dispatching processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our service, ensuring timely responses and efficient logistics for all projects. This position if full time and requires working weekends

Duties

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management
• Must be able to make outbound calls to book service or sales

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
