We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher + Staff Accountant to join our HVAC team in Dallas, TX. This dual-role position combines front-line customer service and dispatch coordination with basic accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with technicians, homeowners, and tenants while also supporting day-to-day financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch & Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, tenants, and clients
Schedule service appointments and efficiently dispatch technicians
Coordinate and communicate job details between customers and technicians
Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain clear and timely communication with technicians in the field
Relay customer needs, updates, and special instructions accurately
Ensure all service requests are documented and tracked properly
Accounting Support:
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping
Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping processes
Reconcile transactions and assist with accounts payable/receivable as needed
Work with management to ensure financial data is organized and up to date
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (required); Mandarin language skills are a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Basic accounting knowledge or relevant experience preferred
Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and standard office software
Prior experience in HVAC, dispatching, or administrative roles is a plus

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
