HVAC Draftsman

e are hiring a skilled HVAC Draftsman to prepare detailed HVAC drawings and layouts for ongoing projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate and coordinated drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC ducting, piping, and equipment layout drawings
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with other MEP services
• Update drawings based on design changes and site conditions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Drafting or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is an advantage)
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and MEP coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
