HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning) draftsman

Position HVAC draftsman

Qualification Diploma in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning /

Diploma in Mechanical

Experience 1-2 years.

Salary As per experience and skill

Job Location Chennai

Job Profile:

1) Understanding the goals of the Project

2) Input details gathering: Gather information needed for HVAC system design. It includes Architectural, Structural drawings from Client / Architect / PMC.

3) Preparation of Air-conditioning load calculation in Proprietary excel sheet

4) Preparation of Ventilation load calculation

5) HVAC System Design & Drafting using CAD software

6) Provide list of deliverable drawings/documents

7) Review and understand the proposed HVAC concept from Principal Consultant

8) Prepare the space planning requirement for HVAC system

9) Prepare schematic design drawing

10) Obtain approval of drawings from Client / Architect

11) Prepare detailed design drawing

12) Quantification of Equipment’s and materials

13) Attending meeting with Architect / Client / Project Management Consultant within Chennai (or) pan India.

14) Site visit during execution

Candidate Profile:

1) The candidate should have good knowledge about CAD software.

2) Willing to work independently in HVAC System design
