Position: HVAC Duct Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC duct systems made from GI, PI, and MS sheet materials.
• Ensure accurate measurements, proper fittings, and smooth integration of ductwork into HVAC systems.
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate duct installations and troubleshoot issues.
• Interpret HVAC plans, drawings, and specifications to assemble and install ductwork components.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all stages of ductwork installation.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ductwork systems, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC duct installation (GI, PI, MS sheet).
• Skills:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints and ductwork diagrams.
• Skilled in using ductwork tools and equipment, including shears, seamers, and cutters.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC ductwork systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Qualification: Diploma or Certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in challenging environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights, and under harsh weather conditions).

Preferred:

• Knowledge of HVAC codes and standards in the UAE.
• Previous experience working with high-end commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
