HVAC Ductman

A well-established technical contracting company based in Sharjah is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Ductmen to join its construction team immediately.

Position Details

• Position: Ductman
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience Required: 2–3 years
• Location: Industrial Area 13, behind National Paints Building, Sharjah
• Salary: AED 1,200 – AED 1,400 per month + Overtime
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (basic duty hours)

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently available inside the UAE
• Ready for immediate joining
• Candidates on visit visa will be given preference

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in duct installation and related HVAC works
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to read and understand labels, safety guidelines, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
