Duct Installation

• Install HVAC ductwork, fittings, accessories, and supports according to approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Perform installation of GI ducts, PI ducts, flexible ducts, spiral ducts, and ventilation systems.
• Install dampers, volume control dampers (VCD), fire dampers, smoke dampers, and access doors.
• Install insulation for ducts as per project requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and sealing of duct systems.

Fabrication Works

• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble duct sections and fittings.
• Fabricate duct components according to approved drawings and dimensions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment safely and effectively.

VRF and HVAC Support Works

• Coordinate with VRF installation teams for ducted indoor unit connections.
• Install supply air, return air, fresh air, and exhaust air duct systems.
• Assist HVAC technicians during testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure proper air distribution and airflow requirements are achieved.

Site Coordination

• Follow instructions from Site Engineers and Supervisors.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.
• Report material shortages, site issues, and installation challenges promptly.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per hour
