HVAC Engineer

HVAC Engineer – Job Requirements

1. Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Additional certifications in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance

2. Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in HVAC installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water systems, and package/ductable units.

3. Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment selection, heat load calculation, and system design.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings (HVAC layout, ducting, piping, and control diagrams).
• Familiar with testing & balancing, static pressure checking, and performance verification.
• Proficient in site supervision, material planning, and coordinating with contractors.
• Experience in diagnosing breakdowns and implementing corrective actions.

4. Software Skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of BMS controls (added advantage)

5. Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise HVAC installation work as per standards.
• Prepare BOQ, material lists, and site reports.
• Attend breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and project teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
