Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Project Engineer to manage and execute HVAC projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in DX systems, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and all related electromechanical works. The role involves coordination, supervision, technical review, and ensuring project delivery as per specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review project specifications, IFC drawings, design documents, and BOQs to prepare project execution plans.

· Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including DX units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, refrigerant piping, and ventilation systems.

· Monitor and inspect site activities to ensure compliance with project standards, manufacturer guidelines, and client/consultant requirements.

· Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and other trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project delivery.

· Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, method statements, and load calculations.

· Plan material and manpower requirements and follow up with procurement to ensure timely delivery of equipment and consumables.

· Maintain project documentation including progress reports, daily logs, RFI submissions, and quality control records.

· Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors to discuss progress and resolve technical issues.

· Ensure compliance with HSE procedures throughout the project duration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· Proven experience in installation and execution of HVAC systems such as DX units, VRF/VRV, package units, chilled water systems, ducting, and ventilation.

· Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, heat load calculation, static pressure calculation, and equipment selection.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Excellent site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.

· Strong communication and reporting skills.

· UAE Driving License is must
