HVAC Engineer

Expertelectromechanical is a leading MEP contracting company based in Ajman, specializing in high-end building services and MEP solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and driven HVAC Engineer to join our team With minimum 3.5 Years experience in UAE .

Key Responsibilities

• Review HVAC shop drawings and coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth execution without site clashes or obstructions.
• Interpret HVAC shop drawings, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and understand site workflow and sequencing.
• Coordinate with consultant engineers during inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Liaise with other MEP disciplines to ensure coordinated and timely installation on site.
• Coordinate with site foreman, main contractor, and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with the approved baseline program.
• Monitor daily site activities and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Coordinate with consultants and main contractors for technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and coordinated drawing approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Site Engineer in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and site execution procedures.
• Proven ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and coordinated MEP drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
