HVAC Cleanroom Engineer

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Cleanroom Engineer to design, manage, and maintain HVAC systems for controlled environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise in environmental control, system performance, and compliance with cleanroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC & Cleanroom Systems: Design, supervise, and maintain HVAC systems for cleanroom environments ensuring proper temperature, humidity, airflow, and pressure control.
• Air Filtration & Contamination Control: Manage HEPA/ULPA filtration systems, airflow patterns, and pressure differentials to maintain required cleanroom classifications.
• System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose HVAC system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure reliable and continuous operation of equipment.
• Compliance & Validation: Support cleanroom validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure systems comply with GMP and ISO cleanroom standards.
• Monitoring & Control Systems: Operate and monitor BMS/EMS systems to maintain environmental conditions and system performance.
• Cost Estimation & Project Support: Prepare cost estimations for HVAC and cleanroom systems including equipment, materials, and installation requirements, while supporting project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with HVAC systems, cleanroom design, and environmental control.
• Knowledge of HEPA filtration, airflow balancing, and pressure cascade systems.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO cleanroom standards, and validation processes.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and cost estimations.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
