HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems based on project requirements.
• Prepare load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, piping layouts, and technical drawings.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, split units, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults, breakdowns, and performance issues.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project progress updates.
• Support clients with technical advice and after-sales service when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC engineering within electromechanical or MEP companies.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, or similar tools.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Good understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driving license is an advantage (if required).

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
