HVAC ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to manage, supervise, and execute HVAC systems installation, testing, and commissioning for high-end residential and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery in line with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review HVAC drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Supervise installation and commissioning activities on-site.
• Coordinate with MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants and attend project meetings.
• Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation.
• Attending and submitting inspections with the consultant ( WIR's & MIR's ).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Work Experience in Contracting Company.: 4 years (Preferred)
