We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, particularly in Chilled Water Piping (CHWP) and ducting works, along with hands-on experience in high-rise construction projects.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing site execution, coordination, and ensuring HVAC systems are installed and commissioned as per project specifications and authority standards.

HVAC Engineer (High-Rise Projects)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in high-rise / tower projects

UAE experience in construction projects is highly preferred

Strong expertise in HVAC systems including:

* Chilled Water Piping (CHWP) systems

* Ducting works (installation, insulation, testing & balancing)

* Air distribution systems and ventilation

* FCU, AHU, and ventilation equipment

Experience in site execution, installation, and supervision of HVAC works

Ability to review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and technical submittals

Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and air & water balancing procedures

Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage)

Strong coordination and communication skills with subcontractors and site teams

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues on site

Valid UAE Driving License (preferred / advantage)

Immediate / short notice joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage HVAC works on high-rise project sites

Ensure installation of CHWP and ducting systems as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of HVAC works

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards

Coordinate testing, commissioning, and system balancing activities

Identify and resolve HVAC-related technical issues on site

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Report progress and site issues to project management
