• Design and Planning: Create detailed layouts for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and control panels using CAD/BIM software.
• Load Calculation: Perform heating and cooling load calculations to size equipment appropriately.
• System Optimization: Improve energy performance, sustainability, and efficiency, aiming for green building standards (LEED/BREEAM).
• Installation Oversight: Supervise contractors and technicians to ensure installation complies with designs, codes, and safety standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions, repair systems, and develop maintenance schedules.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, construction teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
