HVAC Estimation Engineer

- Review HVAC and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive quotations - Leverage existing market connections to source reliable pricing and materials - Support tender submissions and pricing documentation - Assist in HVAC design layouts and load calculations - Maintain estimation records and update pricing databases - Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure scope alignment - Identify basic value engineering opportunities to optimize costs
