HVAC Estimation Engineer

City Breeze is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer – HVAC & MEP to lead pricing and estimation activities for HVAC and MEP projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Mechanical and MEP systems, along with hands-on experience in evaluating BOQs, technical drawings, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, scope of work, specifications, and drawings related to HVAC and MEP systems.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical submissions for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to obtain updated material and subcontractor quotations.

Develop and submit technical and commercial proposals within project deadlines.

Maintain and update a costing database for reference and benchmarking future projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC/MEP estimation, preferably within the UAE/GCC.

Solid knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, installation practices, and industry standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

Familiarity with UAE local authority standards (DEWA, DM, etc.).

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tenders, and meet tight deadlines.

Benefits:

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Visa provided as per UAE labor law
