HVAC Estimator

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator with proven experience in Qatar or the GCC region. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability while complying with local standards and regulations.

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for HVAC systems.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors within Qatar/GCC markets.
• Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with local standards such as Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and relevant GCC codes.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
• Maintain a database of historical costs and supplier pricing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
