HVAC Project Estimator – Commercial (Full-Time)

$70,000 – $85,000

We are a family-owned HVAC company (not corporate) known for strong reviews, a top-tier fleet, and giving back to the community—including donating furnaces to families in need.

We are growing our commercial division and looking for a Project Estimator to help build and maintain a steady pipeline of work.

Responsibilities

• Estimate HVAC projects from blueprints and job walks
• Perform site visits and walkthroughs
• Prepare submittals and purchase orders
• Track bids and follow up on estimates
• Coordinate with internal teams for project handoff
• Help maintain a consistent flow of commercial projects

Requirements

• HVAC estimating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Experience with submittals, POs, and job tracking
• Valid driver’s license
