The Big Task
Manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time.
Key Sub Tasks-
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.

Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.

Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.

Conduct weekly meetings with Technicians and Apprentices to bolster skill sets, encourage improvement and boost morale.

Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary.
-
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
-
Review and approve invoices, time cards, curb side feedback and option sheets.

Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
Desired Skills and Experience-
Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.

Proven record in HVAC Service with more than 3 years’ experience, preferred.

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
-
Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.

Self-motivated individual who can excel in a fast paced, goal driven environment.

Quick, sound decision making abilities.

Strong verbal and written communications.

Good presentation and public speaking skills is a plus.
