HVAC Field-Service Manager

Established Southeastern Commercial and Residential HVAC company opening office in Jupiter. Looking for a service manager to run our Jupiter office. Residential and some light commercial. This would begin as a hybrid position with time in the field and in the office until a larger crew is established.

We have been in business for 35 years operating in the Southeast. Already have established commercial operations all over Florida.

Looking to establish local residential and commercial footprint within Palm Beach County. Experience with estimating, change out quotes and maintenance sales is helpful.

The Role:

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Oversee Service Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities, including dispatching, parts ordering, and supervision of service technicians.
• Hands-On Involvement: You won't just be managing from the office; expect to be actively involved in field work, providing training and guidance to technicians.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency: Utilize your proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar tools to streamline processes.
• Contribute to Business Growth: Your experience in repair quoting and job estimating will be a valuable asset.
