Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and organized Field Supervisor to lead our rebate project operations in the DFW market. This role will oversee field technicians, coordinate site visits and installations, ensure program compliance, and serve as a quality assurance checkpoint between our field teams and utility rebate programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC operations, experience managing crews, and familiarity with utility energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Oversight & Scheduling
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for field technicians and subcontractors
• Ensure timely completion of site inspections, installations, and QA/QC checks
• Support technician onboarding and training on program standards
• Project Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams and utility partners to meet project milestones
• Serve as the field liaison for the Rebate Program Manager
• Ensure all required documentation (photos, forms, signatures) is collected from the field
• Quality Control & Compliance
• Perform pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure compliance with utility program guidelines (e.g., CPS Energy, ONCOR)
• Maintain adherence to safety and operational protocols
• Report field performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Customer & Site Relations
• Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding project timelines and expectations
• Resolve on-site issues with professionalism and minimal disruption to clients

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in Construction (lead or supervisory role preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred:

• Prior experience with utility rebate programs (CPS Energy, ONCOR, AEP, etc.)
• NATE certification or Texas HVAC license a plus
• Proficient with mobile tools for reporting and field management (e.g., ServiceTitan, company-provided apps)
