THE STANDARD: WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a veteran technician who carries the quiet confidence of a master and the professional grit of a leader.
- The Credentials: A valid CT State Trade license, EPA Certification, and a required OSHA 30 certification.
- The Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a proven ability to lead and coach a team.
- Technical Edge: Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex HVAC systems with a focus on high "First-Time Fix" rates.
- Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to resolve elevated customer complaints or technical disputes with professional poise.
- Operational Discipline: Strong administrative ability to manage digital work order flow, scheduling, and inventory.
YOUR IMPACT
- Operational Presence: You will be the primary presence in the field, overseeing the performance and technical accuracy of our entire Service Technician team.
- Quality Guardian: You will focus on accuracy and complete documentation, ensuring every digital work order is a reflection of Alliance mastery before a tech leaves the site.
- Growth Catalyst: You will review service reports to identify potential repair leads or system replacement opportunities, acting as a bridge to the Service Manager to help the company thrive.
- Fleet Stewardship: You will ensure our vehicles are maintained, clean, and stocked for high-efficiency service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
