Location: Port Aransas, TX (Primary focus: Port Aransas, North Padre Island, and surrounding Coastal Bend) Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM, Wednesday through Saturday – A true 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends to enjoy the beach life and recharge!

What You’ll Crush in This Wed–Sat Role:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems during 12–10 PM shifts—from fast tune-ups to full overhauls—always communicating clearly, prioritizing safety, and exceeding expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues with a problem-solver's passion, explaining solutions transparently and delivering exceptional, personalized service every time.
• Forge strong community ties by educating clients on maintenance—your top-notch communication builds trust and turns one-time calls into loyal advocates.

Your Superpowers – What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC field experience (Level 1 techs ready to advance—perfect timing!).
• EPA 608 certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean record to handle coastal roads from Port Aransas to North Padre Island.
• Solid electrical and mechanical expertise; bonus points for 2-stage or variable-speed systems.
• A real passion for cracking tough problems, paired with outstanding communication skills and a dedication to legendary customer service—ensuring every client leaves thrilled.
• High-energy mindset that thrives in fast-paced, humid, sunny Texas evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
