About the Role
We're seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our service team as Air Filter Technicians. This is an entry-level, full-time position with no HVAC experience required—we provide comprehensive training on air filtration principles so you can deliver educated, confident service to our customers.

Daily Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to scheduled customer sites in the Central Arkansas area.
• Change air filters under the guidance of a Lead Technician (locations may include attics, basements, mechanical rooms, or rooftops—some climbing and physical work involved).
• Politely interact with customers and report any observed issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and keep equipment clean and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures for efficient, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Reliable team player who shows up on time every day.
• Physically able to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various spaces.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, customer-service attitude.
• Self-motivated to work independently while supporting the team.

What We Offer

• Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience and reliability), with performance reviews and potential raises after 90 days.
