HVAC Foreman

Job Title: AC Foreman (Villas Projects)

Job Purpose:

To supervise and control all air conditioning installation works at villa project sites, ensuring proper workmanship, safety, and completion as per design and quality standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of split units, ducted units, and VRF systems in villas.
• Distribute daily work to technicians and helpers, and monitor progress.
• Ensure proper installation of copper piping, drain piping, insulation, ducts, and control cables.
• Check alignment, levels, supports, and insulation during installation.
• Coordinate with the site engineer, electricians, and civil team for smooth workflow.
• Assist in pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging of systems.
• Inspect materials before installation to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure site safety rules are followed by all workers.
• Report daily work progress and material requirements to the site engineer.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of the systems.
• Help in resolving site issues and modifications as per site conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of UAE experience in villa or residential AC installation projects.
• Good knowledge of split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Ability to read basic HVAC drawings and routing layouts.
• Skilled in refrigerant piping, duct installation, and insulation work.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for handling technicians.
• Familiar with Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, or O General systems.
• Understanding of safety standards and work procedures at site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
