HVAC Foreman - Ductman

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman - Ductman to supervise and execute HVAC duct installation works at site. The candidate must have strong knowledge in duct fabrication, installation, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead duct installation teams at site.
• Install and oversee GI, PI, and pre-insulated duct works as per approved drawings.
• Ensure proper installation of dampers, access doors, diffusers, grilles, and insulation works.
• Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Monitor daily site progress and report to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Coordinate with other trades (MEP, Civil, Electrical) for smooth execution.
• Ensure duct supports, hangers, and bracketing are installed properly.
• Conduct duct leakage testing (if required).
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC duct installation.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of duct fabrication and installation standards.
• Ability to handle manpower and site coordination.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
