Position: HVAC HAP Software Trainer

Job Type: Part-time / Freelance (as applicable)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional who can train students in HVAC load calculation using HAP software. The trainer should be able to explain concepts clearly and provide practical, project-based training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
• Teach load calculations, system selection, and report generation.
• Explain real-time HVAC design concepts and workflows.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and case studies.
• Guide students through assignments and projects.
• Support learners with doubts and feedback during training.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC design and HAP software (mandatory).
• Industry experience in HVAC projects preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for students.
• Teaching or training experience is an advantage.

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
