HVAC Helper

Seeking skilled HVAC helper to join our team! Some experience with HVAC installation and troubleshooting is highly preferred! If you are positive, motivated, self-driven, and a team player, we'd love to meet you!

As an HVAC helper, you will mainly be responsible for assisting on residential and commercial installations, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. A comprehensive understanding of how all of the pieces work together to keep our customers cool in the summer and warm in the (brief) winter is a must!

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:
- Field service experience
- Air conditioning repair
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Installation and service technician skills
