We're a fast-growing residential HVAC company specializing in heat pump installations across the Puget Sound region. We have 100+ five-star Google reviews, a proven brand, and more qualified leads than our current team can handle. We're looking for one more closer to grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is a ground-floor role at a company in active growth mode. You'll walk into an established pipeline of warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling, no door knocking. If you're also a self-starter who generates your own appointments, you'll earn a higher commission rate on top of that. We don't micromanage. We expect results, and we pay accordingly.

What You'll Do

Run in-home consultations with homeowners across the Puget Sound region

Present Good/Better/Best installation options and close on the spot

Handle objections confidently and guide homeowners to a decision

Manage your own pipeline from appointment through signed contract

Track jobs and appointments using HouseCall Pro

Represent Varsity's reputation for quality and trust in every interaction

What We're Looking For

2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience (heat pump experience strongly preferred)

Proven track record of closing in-home consultations

Strong objection-handling skills — you know how to ask for the sale

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Professional, trustworthy presence at a kitchen table

Familiarity with the Puget Sound market is a plus
