HVAC Install Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess the mechanical knowledge necessary to install, maintain, and repair various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to specifications and schematics.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with appliance repair, field service operations, and property maintenance tasks.
• Ability to weld when necessary for certain installations or repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180.00 - $250.00 per day
