Job Summary

Duties
- Assist HVAC Lead Installers with the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to schematics and HVAC design plans
- Prepare job sites by unloading equipment and materials, ensuring all tools are organized for efficient workflow
- Support in connecting refrigerant lines, ductwork, electrical wiring, and plumbing components under supervision
- Use diagnostic tools such as refrigerant gauges and electrical meters to troubleshoot system issues during installation
- Help with equipment wiring, brazing, and charging systems to perform as designed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure a secure job site
- Support field service operations including appliance repair, boiler maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred
- Basic understanding of HVAC functionality, refrigerant and electrical is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning units, and equipment repair is highly desirable
- Ability to operate tools such as electrical meters and brazing equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong willingness to learn about HVAC systems
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in various environments

Compensation
2% - Complete system changeout or partial change out
4% - Repair or part installation. (Including IAQ and duct work)
$20/hr warranty work or shop time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
