Some HVAC experience is highly desired, along with a great attitude, drive, and desire to learn and work hard.
Job Duties:
- Assist in Installation and/or repair of HVAC systems and duct work
- Assist in Installation of various types of thermostats, filtration and equipment
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National IRC Code
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC, construction or other related field very helpful
- Familiarity with HVAC schematics, blueprints, and manuals very helpful
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment and hand tools very helpful
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to focus on task at hand and follow through to completion
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check
- Maintain a clean-cut appearance
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work flexible work hours - possible long days
- Ability to work with others and be a team player
