- Lead and manage the residential install process from start to finish
- Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience with proactive communication
- Coordinate with sales and install teams to keep jobs on schedule and on spec
- Conduct on-site visits when needed to confirm quality and installation standards
- Track performance metrics (KPIs) daily, weekly, and monthly
- Use spreadsheets to monitor install efficiency and provide insights
- Manage ordering, staging, and delivery of equipment and parts
- Ensure all documentation (warranty, rebate, financing, etc.) is accurate and submitted on time
- Follow up with customers at seasonal check-ins, and at 1-year and 2-year mark to drive retention
- Help the team meet our goal of completing 3 installs per day while maintaining quality
- Experience in HVAC installations or related field preferred (HVAC knowledge is a plus)
- Strong understanding of KPIs and how to use them to improve performance
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional under pressure and customer-focused
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with occasional site visits to resolve technical or customer concerns
