The Job:

Manage the HVAC Installation Department to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability of HVAC installations for Keefe’s AC, Heating, Electrical, Plumbing and Generator. You will be responsible for ensuring 5-star installations of residential HVAC systems by hiring, managing and developing the best HVAC installers in Louisiana.

You will lead installation technicians, coordinators and quality control supervisors as well as work closely with the Sales and Inventory Managers to complete jobs on time and on budget.
